Memorial Day at Long Beach

Mama is in Pittsburg for the week, so Papa took us to Long Beach for the day. First stop: Aquarium of the Pacific










We spent some time outside petting the sharks...we were not scared at all. They had some fish in there that looked like Dory from Finding Nemo. (Of course, when they came home, that's what they wanted to see at night.)










They have an aquarium where the waves move up & down. We just stared at it for what seemed like hours!














It was a BEAUTIFUL day in Long Beach. We went to a small park outside the aquarium to enjoy the weather. Here I am with the Long Beach Lighthouse in the background.










You can see the Queen Mary ship in the back. We wanted to ride it...but it was too far away.

At the end of the day, Kai refused to go. He can be very stubborn? and will be in his own little world. He is totally different from Luna. Luna would be crying/screaming if left along. Kai would be happy.

Ballerina Day on Saturdays

Luna not only goes to swimming lessons, but on the weekends she goes to dance class. She really enjoy's this very much and looks forward to it when she wakes up. Here are a couple of videos from her lesson today.

Birthday Weekend at Lake Havasu

We were invited to go to Lake Havasu for Hector's Bday with our friends Ian, Monica and their son Nathan. They own a vacation home in town.

Luna was TIRED on the way back in. The boat made her sleepy.

Another Year at Carlsbad's Flower Field

We decided to go to our Annual trip down south to Carlsbad to visit the flowe fields. The sun was out, but the ocean breeze was cooling us down.














Kai is cetaintly getting too look like a "boy". When we were there last year, he was still a "baby".

We thought we were going to get thrown out...in the first 10 minutes, Kai had picked so many flower's he could of started his own flower shop!
