Columbus day = Staying at home for the day

Today was Columbus day and the school was closed. Papa ended staying at home with us. We went to the park to play (and get tired so Papa was guaranteed we would take a nap).

day was a beautiful day and we spent time outside on the skooter's and bicycles. So much fun!

A halloween preview

Luna and Kai wanted to try their costumes on already for Halloween. We were first thinking of having Kai as "Woody" from Toy Story, but the smallest costume they had was too big. So, he'll be Spiderman! He's excited about it and played with his costume in the playroom for a long time. Luna decided to be Cinderella.

At Disneyland with Mama

Mama and I went to Disneyland this weekend. Kai was not able to go, so we spent the time by ourselves and had LOTS of fun together. Disneyland is already starting to look like Halloween and there was Orange pumpkins everywhere we went.

Back to Havasu

We went back to Lake Havasu...and boy, wast it hot!!! Mama and Papa took 1 day off frin work so we could enjoy 3 full days out there. Again, we spent a lot of time on the SeaDoos, playing on the beach, eating dinner (at home and one night out) and lots of playing and relaxing. (This time around, Luna and Kai were comfortable in the SeaDoos and both of them wanted to drive them. Kai was more brave and went for about a 15 minute full throttle ride...whereas Luna just wanted to stay around the no-wake area)

13 years later...

13 years ago, on Sept 12, Mama and Papa celebrated an awesome wedding in San Diego with lots of friends who came from all places. This is the same night 13 years later.

Saturday at San Juan Capistrano

We went to San Juan Capistrano for brunch on Baabaa's last day. She'll be leaving to Japan tomorrow and will miss her. We enjoyed having her here for 2 weeks!

We behaved during brunch (they have been very good at restaurants), enjoyed the delicious meal and let papa enjoy some mimosas. We then went to the petting zoo and we got to ride the horses! A great, relaxing day!
